Changing the Welding Game: Meet Elizabeth

Elizabeth knows that although there are less women represented in her industry, she’s on a path to change that. As a welder/fabricator, she’s blazing a trail in the male-dominated field as she works to earn her technical diploma in welding from Northcentral Technical College. This 2024 SEFF Scholarship recipient has big goals and hopes to go into shipbuilding or working on race cars, and possibly owning her own shop one day.
